We observed an atypical presentation of Dupuytrens Disease in a series of 4 PIP joints in 3 hands. The patients presented with isolated fixed flexion deformities (FFDs) of the PIP joints with no history of Dupuytrens diasthesis. The digits were explored surgically and in each case symmetrical bands of Dupuytrens tissue were observed within the flexor sheath which when excised produced significant correction of the deformity.
